Great plugin, but could be extended

Great plugin. Really easy to add the markup to your site. There are some improvements possible though and I hope to see the plugin growing.

Main thing I would like to see improved at the moment (and what keeps me from giving it five stars) is in selecting where to include a certain markup. Now, You can only choose posts, pages, homepage or all. It would be great if custom post types would also be included here. What would be even more great if we could override the general settings for individual pages.

But again, great work on this plugin. I will contribute soon with a Dutch translation (if none beats me to it).
