    Hi there.

There seems to be a JS error on your page originating from one of your theme’s JS files (/wp-content/themes/oot-oot/js/avia.js) in the console log.

Would you be comfortable in fixing this?

    Hi,
    Congratulations for your amazing plugin.
But today, I have the same issue. After updating the plugin, the map went missing.
It seems that the problem comes from JS Files or API Key google maps. I don’t really know. Sorry, I am not comfortable in fixing this. Can you suggest me anything? BTW, I already checked problems listed on your page : http://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/troubleshooting/my-map-is-not-showing-on-my-website/

Here is my website with the problem : http://serenis.o-web.ca/

    Thx a lot in advance!

I’ll also like to add the same issues – MAP DISAPPEARS AFTER WP 4.5 UPDATE 🙁

Reverted back from a backup. tried again and… yes, map gone.

Sorry I can’t publish the url here.

    EDIT – WP UPDATE to v 4.5

Sorry – The Theme needed an Update to be fully compatible with WP 4.5.
    Issues solved by updating theme.

    Hi chook.

    Thanks for posting your solution.

    Please note:

We have detected a conflict between the latest version of jQuery that was shipped with WordPress 4.5 and some themes that use smooth scrolling. As a result of this, an error is thrown and your maps no longer display.

Please update WP Google Maps to version 6.3.08 and Pro (if applicable) to 5.68, then go to “Maps” -> “Settings” and check the checkbox labelled “Over-ride current jQuery with version 1.11.3 (Tick this box if you are receiving jQuery related errors after updating to WordPress 4.5)”.

    Hi there,

I just log in to thank you for the solution. I work on four websites and when the map no longer display on all I was like “oh god, but why ?”, and I just checked the checkbox you just said and it works again, so thank you very much and have a nice day !
