Problem after upgrade from a very old version

Hi Stefano,
I’m writing you even here as I need a solution for the problem you already know.
I’ve lost all the lists I’ve created after an upgrade from a very old version of Newsletter.
As my client use the newsletter quite frequently it’s a problem for him not be able to target his newsletters any more.
Please suggest to me the path to follow to recover the old lists even if I have to contract a developer to accomplish this taks, now it’s quite urgent a solution.
