"Pro" version completely missed all media

As I reported through the contact link on your site, “Go Live” completely missed all of the media in the project leaving me with a total mixed bag of references to the live/dev site.
Not even the courtesy of a reply until I disputed the charge with PayPal, then, made up quotes from my emails “The buyer also indicated that they are also a developer and have gone through the code and taken what they needed.” Uh, no I didn’t say any such thing.
Then, to top it all off, ” This is an obvious case of a developer trying to get free software from another developer. ” Uh, no, really not, just a response would have been fine.
No answer to support emails after acknowledging that they were received, misquotes, then false accusations, not even a courtesy email asking how to resolve the issue.
Way to go. Great customer support. Not.
