    Hi Kelly,

    I’m sorry you have troubles with the plugin.

    Looking at your code, I see:

    <link rel=”apple-touch-icon” sizes=”57×57″ href=”/media/fbrfg/apple-touch-icon-57×57.png?v=lkkEqqYg2O”>

    This URL (http://xtremecsc.com/media/fbrfg/apple-touch-icon-57x57.png) doesn’t work. The plugin is responsible for copying the icons in the right directory and creating a working URL, yet it fails here.

    Although I have no immediate solution, what I see is that the picture directory is not as it usually is. Normally files are stored in /wp-content/uploads, not in /media. So:

    • Do you know why it is that way? Maybe you have change some WordPress settings or installed a plugin which manages the media its own way?
    • Do you have other issues with some other resources in your site? (such as: broken images, broken social buttons…)

    This issue is still pending, so I close it for now. Please open it again if there are any news.
