Date and Time not showing in Emails

Hi All,
can someone please look at this. I’ve been using this plugin, which is amazing by the way, and it’s due to go live on a clients site today.
everything was working fine then today when i tested it the date and time chosen for the reservation wasn’t shown on the admin or customer email.
I’ve checked the short code {date} and it’s present on the templates and I’ve cleared the date format in case that caused issues but still cant get it to work.
Any ideas?
