Simples enter your age form

    hi, I need a super simple form to just spit out different messages depending on what age the user is.

    [How old are you: _ _]
    [Submit btn]
    [display result]

    once the user press submit, i would need to have a message to show in the same page…..

    0-18 = This is a restricted area
    18-25= You are at the right place
    25-up= Please visit URL

    Now i am not sure, how to do that with wpcf7, or other plugins and also am debating if a basic php form would be better for such a simple task?.
