cannot checkout

    I am using wpecommerce store. Everything was working fine, but after an update of wpecommerce or other plugin, users are unable to checkout. User is able to add products to cart, but when clicks on the purchase button on checkout page it does not go to paypal page. It just keeps on refreshing. However, when logged in as admin, i am able to checkout to paypal page.

    Someone please help me, it has been a nightmare since yesterday for me

    I am also having this issue. Updated to latest versions of everything.

    Hi Elly,

    I had fields for billing information and shipping information. I have disable the shipping information fileds, forced both to be same.

    Also do check, that all the fields that are mandatory are visible on the form. Sometimes you have a field set to be mandatory, but it may checked out of being visible on the form.

    The above two things helped me out, hope it helps you too.
