Override function twentysixteen_get_color_scheme_css

    The link (a) and link:hover (a:hover) colors used by Twenty Sixteen for widgets’ line items are reversed for link and link:hover of posts meta. This is controlled within “function twentysixteen_get_color_scheme_css” in “/inc/customizer.php”. Since this function doesn’t have a “if(! function” declaration, how can I override it from my child theme? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
