form not sending when using multiform

Good Day,

I’m having some trouble figuring out why the form is not sending.
I have 2 steps. Step 1 is form then step 2 display what you put in the form.
Though it should be working fine if I put the [hidden step "1-2"] and [hidden step "2-2"] but the email is not sending to my mail tried it several times.

Also if I remove the code from either of the form it will send the mail correctly but it display the different data in step 2 not quite sure if step 2 should be sending it since it is the last step but how can I send the data if the last step is meant only to display the data?

What should be the solution for this?
