    Hi, I have the next problem:
    My web page http://apps.quito.gob.ec has a nice view when I use the monitor: “HP Compaq LA2405wg”, but if I use the monitor “hp S1933” my page becomes really big.

    I am using Omega themes whit a child theme

    You have a CSS rule which defines your page width (css selector: .content {}) as 1600px. Exactly 1600px and cannot be anything but 1600px. This means that on a less-than-fullHD screen resolution the page will scroll off the side of the screen even when the window is maximized (or on a mobile device).
