Hi can i optimize my bounce rate within this plugin? My website bounce rate is not accurate as i have not adjusted the settings based on viewing time on page. There is a plugin that can do so: https://wordpress.org/plugins/adjusted-bounce-rate/. But i was wondering if I can do it within this plugin itself?

Or do I have to install this plugin? Will it conflict with my current installation of google analytics dashboard for WP? Thanks.

Yes, but you need to pay attention on how the PHP tags are opened and closed. You may need to omit the first line and the last one.
