"User PRE-Approval" missing in the Email-Tab

    Hello!

    After I’ve updated the plugin to it’s version 6.4.4 (because of the famous reset pass problems), I’m missing the emails sent to the user before he/she is approved.

    Did I missed something? Can you tell me how I can get this (important) feature back?

    BTW: Why did you removed the %user_pass% variable? I’m using TML on 14 pages, have to change 14 workflows now 🙁
