Hi, simple question (I think): Is there a way to use Duplicator’s file filtering tool to exclude (from a NEW archive I want to create) all directories EXCEPT one I specify in the tool?

A few days ago I used the tool to exclude a set of large image files from an archive I created. Uploaded that archive to a new host and used the Installer to unpack the files and database. Result: the site has been duplicated on the new host, but (as expected) large images are missing.

So now I want to use Duplicator to create another archive, containing ONLY the images not in the first archive.

THANKS in advance for your help.

    Hey Jim,

At this point the filter is exclusion based. Normally what post people do with larger archives is just filter their images folder. Create a backup and then FTP the images folder over. Maybe something for a future version someday possibly…

    Cheers~
