Problem with backup | WordPress.org

Hi I have a problem in the moments when I try to start the backup.
Attached please find the error that I get.

The domain from which I try to do the backup is capodannoroma.guide, but the error that is displayed is referred to capodannoAroma.guide domain.
This is always one of my web site that is in the same Hosting.

You may depend on what? How can I solve this problem?

You can fix this if you use a zip archive.

Try to switch the “Archive Format” in the job settings (General Tab) to ZIP.

I tried to change this setting, but it does not work.
The moment you start to make up, like he’s backing also of other of my own sites in the same file hosting.

You may depend on what? How can I fix?
