I noted that some description of the format is here:
– go to the plugin Description page ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/visualizer/ )
-Scroll down and click on the “How can I create a chart?” link which brings to a tutorial on Github wiki
-On the tutorial page that comes up, on Step 5, it says:
The CSV file must use commas as column delimiters and be enclosed with double quotes. The first line of the file should contain the series titles. The second line of the file must contain the type of series’ data.
Other than that, at what point does it become apparent that it didn’t work? Can you describe the exact symptom at that point in a bit more detail?
For example what that’s unexpected is seen, or, what that’s expected is not being seen?

I have create some chart before and everything seems right, my problem is about the name of regions(city) of my country.
I’am trying to create a map where to show a macroeconomy index for just a country(like GDP for example) and want to show the part(value) of every city.
I hope to be enough clear.

Thanks for the explanation about the what & why — it does help to know the overall goal! (which i now understand is country GDP map of cities macroeconomy in this case)
So far I’m reading that already tried was the name of the country, and it seems like now there’s a problem about the name of regions(city).
Can you please clarify — what is it about the city names that’s symptomatic — in other words what is happening that is different than expected?

I find a way to fill my country map but i found another problem.
My country is Albania(AL) and i upload .cvs file where city is “named” AL-11 or AL-4 for example.
Can i rename this name on tootip(mouse hover), i mean i want to show the real name of city(Tirane-for example) and not Al-11?
