"login type" -> "email only" = Registration not working?

    In the general settings page (/admin.php?page=theme_my_login) i have choosen “login type” -> “email only”.

    This option also removes the username field from the registration form.

    But when testing registration I’m left with this message:
    “ERROR: This username is invalid. Please choose another.”

    Resolved. There was another plugin causing this issue.
