    Hi Mike,

Thank you very much for this nice plugin. It is really easy to set up and use. Good job!
This plugin is getting 5* rating from me.

I have a question and would appreciate your comments.

I would like to collect some statistics on how many visitors click on each job posting. So, I can share with the job listers.

I haven’t been able to find any setting related to this.

Is there any plugin, shortcode or hook that I could use to collect the data I need?

    Thank you,
    Jalinous

There is an addon plugin available for this already:
    https://astoundify.com/downloads/wp-job-manager-stats/

But if you want to do it manually you just need to find something online with details on how to track post views, or find a free plugin that does.

Just a quick note on this. The stats add-on has decent potential but is lacking something important in that it does (not) show ‘Apply Clicks’. This is a super important stat to employers these days. I’ve reached out to suggest this enhancement, but please request the same on this so it gets more attention.

You should also be able to use something like Google Analytics to gather this kind of data.

    Dan,
Employers don’t have access to my Google Analytics. The stats add-on should provide more value to them.

I agree Remery. I guess I’ll have to set up reports through GA for my client

Right, sorry, I missed that it was for employers.

I’d suggest contacting Astoundify as remery also suggested, to see if they can add the required features to their add-on.

We plan on adding the option for “Applied for” job/listings clicks to our WP Job Manager – Stats add-on.
