Multisite Users and Connections

    Hello. I have installed WP Multisite, and I have set some new sites as directories. The theme that I have installed on those websites are all the same, and are using “user community interaction”, chat, messages between users, but with different plugins. I wanted to know if the user registers in one site, and other user registers in other, will they be able to connect each others? Can I merge the users database?

    The users are all held in the network level, but only have access to the site(s) that you have given them permission to access.

    If your question was more nuanced than that, can you be more specific?
