    Hi,
Could anyone help me to solve the problem, which I get, when trying to use pdf export function of Nex-Forms plugin? The author of this plugin looks to be unable to help me. I am waiting for his answer already for two weeks.
We have WP multisite installation on our server with only one domain for the meantime. I’ve bought and installed Nex-Forms plugin with export to pdf ad-on. The plugin itself functions quite normally, but when I try to generate pdf of any form entry data, I get such a notice on a separate page:
‘Fatal error: Call to a member function set_prefix() on a non-object in …/wp-includes/ms-settings.php on line 211.’
I guess, there is some conflict of this ad-on with multisite installation, and I do not know how to manage it.
Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Since that is a commercial theme or plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

If I were to try something, it would be to try activating the plugin differently. If you’ve network-activated, try deactivating and activating only the site.

    Hi, Eric,

Thanks a lot for your quick response and advice. I’ve just tried to activate plugin as you said, for a single site. It doesn’t help to fix the error. Unfortunately. 🙁

As for the author of this commercial plugin, I haven’t got any his support or even simple answer to my questions for more than two weeks, neither via his ticket system, nor at the forum of this plugin. The forums of the Codecanyon platform are intended only for pre-sale questions, and all the topics, which can reveal any serious bugs of the commercial products, are being deleted, mine too. It seems, there is no such a place, where one can discuss and get answers or suggestions from other users of the plugin. I’ve lost my hope. So tried to ask for any help there. Sorry…
    And thank you again.
    Kind regards,
