Quantity not updating correctly

    I am using Weaver II for the theme. We are having an issue, which I see is an ongoing issue with Woo all over the net for many years – When people go to update their quantity it’s not working. Specifically, when they want to go from 2+ of an item down to 1 it won’t go any lower than 2. Unless you clear out and start again or reduce to 0 and then put in 1 you can’t get down to a qty of 1. How can I fix this? URGENT!

    Have you tried one of the default WordPress themes?

    No – we are in the middle of a launch so can’t do something like that right now… Other thoughts? Thanks,

    You’d need to switch temporarily to narrow down the cause, otherwise its guesswork and a waste of everyones time. Narrow down the cause by switching themes – this isn’t a core but or it would be present on our demo/woothemes.com/other stores etc.
