    Hi David,
Thanks for such a great plugin.

I want to use the Standard field mapping. My Problem is the Exif WINXP.Subject. I have tested many images and find out that the WINXP.Subject is sometimes wrong.

    Example:

    WINXP.Subject: ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    IFD0.Subject:
“Du musst kochen, damit du verdampfen kannst” 2014 120-120 Plastikfolie, Stoff. Faden, Kassettenbnder

It seems to me that Windows 7 makes it wrong. So how can I use the IFD0.Subject instead of the WINXP.Subject ?

Thank you for your kind words and for your question.

Your problem is similar to this earlier topic, which also involved the “WINXP” portion of the metadata:

The image meta does not map on all uploaded images

If I can get one or more of your images to test with I can probably find a solution. Can you post a link to one or more of the images that are not working as you expect?

If you would rather email the images to me, send you contact information and I will reply with an address where you can send them. You can give me your contact information using the Contact Us page at the FTJ web site:

    Fair Trade Judaica/Contact Us

Do not post your e-mail address in the forum; personal details in a public forum violates WordPress guidelines. If you have trouble accessing the FTJ site, post a note here with your country of origin and I can temporarily unblock it.

Thanks for any additional information or examples you can give me and for your interest in the plugin.

It has been a month since my last post in this topic. I assume you have found a solution to your “WINXP.Subject” issue.

I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if there is anything else I can do to help.
