Completely broke my site

    After repeated episodes of being unable to log into my site and consequent calls to my host, he recommended that I jettison Jetpack. He had seen it break other sites he hosts. Deleted Jetpack and we’re back in business.

    It’s worth noting that you don’t have to use every feature. If you already use another plugin to implement a specific feature on your site, or if you don’t need a module on your site, you can go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and deactivate the module. Once it’s deactivated, the code won’t run on your site, thus having no impact on your site’s performance or features.
