Exchange emails sometime have blank fields

    I’m running exchange on balloonacademy.com and lately some of the admin sales notifications are being sent without the merge tags such as [it_exchange_email show=name]. Some of the sales have filled-out emails, and some do not.

    Sent.

    And I just looked at my sent email and noticed that some emails to customers with their download links are being sent out perfectly, but lately most are not being sent at all. Weird.

    I’ve gone in to email settings and re-saved the page, thinking that might do something. It did not. Hopefully you can sleuth this out.

    Thanks, I got the emails and I’m taking a look.

    One more thing. Can you send me a screenshot of your emails in Exchange > Settings > Emails?
