How about a simple button

What I need is a simple way to make a post look new when I redit it and add more content. Often I write posts that get updated periodically when technology changes, products are updated, etc. Then I need to make them appear as “recent posts” and get re-rss’ed etc.

All of the under-the-covers date-based updates are nice, but I still need a simple button.

I suppose that I could add a category of published and change the category to that and back. But a Simple button “Republish Now” whould really be nice.
