Reading Options (static post)

    I’m wondering if there is a simple way to keep the second post on my blog (2009 Rotoff Golf Draft Kit Now $4.99) always on the font page in the second slot. So basically the newest post would always be on top while the Draft Kit post always stays on the front page in the second spot.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
