• I have discovered a bug where if you offer multiple vouchers to your website visitors and they register for one of them, they then can’t use the same details to register for another.

A user’s/visitor’s details need to be linked directly with a specific voucher, rather than global.

I’m aware we’re not on the latest version of the plugin however having looked at the Changelog it would appear this bug hasn’t been raised/fixed in previous versions.

Please let me know if otherwise and I will update.

Preferably we need a solution to this bug in the next 24-36 hours. If you’re unable to provide something in these timescales, please let me know and I’ll build a work-around solution for the meantime.

    Many thanks!

    Patrick

I recommend reporting that at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/voucherpress#postform so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

I wasn’t aware of this bug. I’ll look into it when I have some time, but I’m afraid it’s not going to be in the next few days.

    Hi Chris,

Many thanks for coming back to me on this. There’s not so much of a rush anymore as I’ve implemented a bit of a ‘hacky’ temporary fix which just ignores the check that the voucher has been downloaded by someone with the specified email address.

If you could notify me as soon as you do get a chance to implement a fix to this, I would greatly appreciate it.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Many thanks,
    Patrick
