I have no experience with WooCommerce Warehouses but it is unnecessary for this task. You should use POS Only Products to show/hide products from the POS, please see http://woopos.com.au/docs/products/pos-only-products/ for more information.
This function is necessary. We sell both online and offline. The stock of online is separate from offline for every products. We don’t want them to mix up. The option of POS & Online didn’t allow us to have separate stocks for same product.

WooCommerce POS is not compatible with WooCommerce Warehouses.
The code for WooCommerce Warehouses is not available publicly so I can’t say when or if an integration is possible. You should contact the author of WooCommerce Warehouses, they are in the best position to advise on this integration.
Hi there
I am considering using your plugin, however I need multi shop compatibility.
In essence I need a separate stock count for 3 shops. When someone makes a payment from one shop, it deducts stock in that shop.
Any idea if your system will allow a cash register to relate to one shop and what warehousing plugin would be fit for purpose. I dont need to separate the online orders from the pos.
