it s working perfectly: clean smooth and easy

I was looking for a top bar… and i was happy to see WP depository offers a lot of choice.
for a reason or an other at the end I chosed this Nice TopBar… and i like it: it s clean and easy to set up.
it has enough option to be useful without being cluttered.
