Move Watermark Settings?

It would be nice to have the Watermark Settings under General Settings instead of having to set them (if not using the plugin’s default settings) every time a Gallery is created. I will be creating at least 50 galleries, and it would be easier to set the Watermark Settings once.

You could still have an “override” option when creating a new Gallery to also create a different watermark for that gallery.
