impleCode Product CSV – Problem with import

    Dear support team,
    we’ve bought the plugIn for import-export CSV (impleCode Product CSV). It indicates to error during import. Even when we try to import the CSV that was done from it (without any correction) can’t be imported.
    Deactivating the theme doesn’t give any result.
    If we deactivate this plugIn, the simple import works correctly.

    Hi,

    The Product CSV extension supports many more fields than simple CSV included in eCommerce Product Catalog.

    You should make a test export with Product CSV to see what columns the file has. After that you can add these columns (with empty data) to your previously exported file.
