We clearly say everywhere that Ecwid has a free plan as well as three premium plans. We do not hide this info in any way, it’s publicly available on the plugin description page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ecwid-shopping-cart/

Also, we list the pricing info on our official site here: https://www.ecwid.com/pricing .

If you think we should list it somewhere else to make it clear and not confusing the plugin users, please let us know, we will do our best to make our messaging better.
