404 Detection page doesn't show Event Logs anymore

the section “404 Event Logs” is empty and doesn’t react on clicking (collapsing) and the section “Delete All 404 Event Logs” is completely missing.

Because this works with other sites, this is probably specific to this installation maybe caused by other plugs or missing user permissions for an access to a specific directory/file (www-run vs. PHP / RWD rights)?

The affected website is for productive use and therefore doesn’t allow to fiddle around with, i.e. disabling all other plugs is unfortunately no choice.
