When you say that the scrolling fails, can you describe what is happening for you? Is the scrollbar not visible? You are unable to go up and down the page or the links in the navigation do not work?
As I said in the first post: The problem is visible on the demo on the theme homepage as well.

Open it in IE 11 and you will see the problem.
Actually, I did and that’s why I was asking you about it. It works perfectly fine for me. Maybe I am missing something? I am able to scroll and all backgrounds are showing up fine for me.
OK, so what happens is that you are unable to scroll using touchpad gestures, you can only scroll by using arrow keys or PgUp/PgDn.
If you use the touchpad, nothing happens, the page stays scrolled to the top.
Other sites work fine to scroll using the touchpad on the machines that I have tested on, and it also works fine in Firefox/Chrome. So the problem is limited to IE11 on laptops, probably.
