I know that I shouldn’t use the customers e-mail address in the FROM field, but I need it because I’m using a CRM plugin in Gmail that couples directly to the senders address. So I can’t use one of my own addresses to send it from.

Also, REPLY-TO is no solution for me, cause still the FROM is myself then.

Ok, the problem now is that my forms directly go the the spam from gmail. That’s what I want to avoid. What I already did:

    – SPF record set to the servers IP and SPF.GOOGLE.COM
    – tried to use WP Mail SMTP, but then the mail is always sent by yourself (when using Gmail SMTP settings). So still using build in PHP mail

Is there another solution to avoid the SPAM box?
