Arabic translation is not working

How can I get Job Manager into Arabic.

If a plugin is 100% translated on WordPress.org, you should be able to install it on your site by switching your site’s language to Arabic, and then going to Dashboard > Updates. You’ll get an option to update translations, and that will download the file.

However, WP Job Manager is only at 39% translated for Arabic:

So to use it, you need to follow these steps:

1. Go here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wp-job-manager/stable/ar/default
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Export: http://d.pr/i/11oTY/1IxBnEbn
3. In your site, create a new folder like so: wp-content/plugins/wp-job-manager/languages.
4. Place the downloaded file inside that folder.
5. Under General > Settings, switch the language of your site.

As I noted above though, only 39% of strings have been translated, so you’re still going to see many in English.
