    Hi,
    we use SMART MAG theme in our site and your custom sidebars. Since a 5/6 months ago we experienced a problem that we thought was just a temporal behaviour but in these days happen really often: we change the content of the text widget, we save it BUT the content is not correct published in the site…. i mean, some times yes and other times no… we don’t have rare php error in the back end, no error in the front end, we don’t have a cache plugin we tried to clear the browser cache but nothing…

    Do you have an idea of what happen?

    Hey there Angelo,

    How are you doing today?

    There has to be a trace of the error somewhere. If you can’t see any errors with debug active and since there is no errors in the console I guess the next obvious place to look for an error would be the server error log.

    If you’re unsure where to find it you can contact your hosting provider and they’ll help you with that. Hopefully that will give us more info on why this is happening 🙂
