version 0.10 issue . admin toolbar always visible by default in frontend

the admin toolbar always shows by default in the frontend if you don’t check “hide” into the settings page. for no logged users i can see the black ribbon in the top of my web.
if you check it, the admin toolbar disappear for all roles always, admin included.
