Content Card only displaying web link

This plugin is exactly what I was looking for and it worked great, then out of the blue it just stopped working.

Each post I write references a post on another site I manage. The idea is that at the bottom of the page it provides a link to the referenced post. It originally provided the content card for my other site, but now it only shows the main link address and in the editor displays the message that the content card is still being processed.

I know that my site is using the open graph correctly because I ran the site through Facebook OG debugger and it shows the correct content. Also, why did it work before and not now?

On both sites I’m using the Yost SEO plugin, so I’m just at a lost what to do.
