[Theme: Nishita] Fundamental Question

I know this sounds silly. This is a portfolio theme. There is, however, no portfolio template choice for Pages or Posts.

I thought a portfolio template was designed to automatically “suck in” all posts.

I have looked at several links on the Internet but none of them, at least that I found, address this fundamental issue.

I just know I’ll feel like an idiot when enlightened about this but I don’t mind feeling like an enlightened idiot.
