'Acceptance' option does not display well!

    Hi @khoipro and @sixyseven,

    I’m just checking now, but I cannot replicate this problem. It seems to be related to some CSS on your sites respectively. The markup the plugin creates for the acceptance field is Bootstrap-conform and displays well in the Bootstrap themes that I’ve been testing with, even when entering a very long text like in your screenshot.
