Need A Contact Form & Attach File Plugin

I need something with a contact form & the ability to attach a file. I tried “Contact Form 7” and this is exactly what i need, however the file attachment aspect doesn’t work. The e-mail arrives, just without the attachment. I posted in the troubleshooting forum but stuff gets lost there & off the front page so quickly. I even left a comment at the site of the plugins developer but no reply. Does anyone know any other plugin out there that does this ?
