    Hi csigncsign

I just did a test on my end, and I can see the subscriber count in widgets.

    Some things to check:

    • On the widget do you have “Display Form Description” checked off?
    • Are these subscribers from today or were they subscribed before today?

    Thank you!

To piggy back off of what Tracy has advised, it looks like in your widget you’re using our shortcode and not the actual widget we’ve included in the plugin.

You’ll want to ensure that you have a description="1" parameter in your shortcode to ensure that the description (including the subscriber count) gets displayed above the respective form.

For example, in your widget you should use the following shortcode:

    [yikes-mailchimp form="1" description="1"]

I too just tested things, and they seem to be working as intended on my end.

ah okay, thanks a lot, that was it! The description was turned off; I used a normal text widget with the shortcode, because I need to add some text before the newsletter form 🙂

Thanks a lot for your explanation!
