Are you sure u checked the “forum moderator” setting in the user profiles of the users? Site administrators are always highlighted in red. Forum moderators are highlighted in green as long as they are no administrators as well.
Yes, I double checked that setting. I changed the color from green. Is that the problem?

The account “Sam Hughey” is displayed in red because it is your administrator account. That should be correct?
In the forums u say that “John Gill” is a moderator, but he is not marked as a moderator. Is he really a moderator?
Yes, I am the administrator, that’s correct. No, John Gill isn’t a moderator, I just put that on there for aesthetics for the moment. Only John Bunyan and jcalvin are moderators.
johnbunyan is marked as a normal user as well.
I am not sure if maybe some other plugins set some moderator roles in the role dropdown but this checkbox is checked for the user johnbunyan in his user profile, right?
