There seems to be a problem with the format of a date. Can you please write, which dateformat is to be used. An appointment could be added, but no date and time. Editing the appointment resulted in date 0000-00-00 and time 00.00.
I can adapt the date format to the one UAS wants, since the page is preferentially made to manage appointments. If they work smoothly, the other things can be managed.

Using the date format yyyy-mm-dd I got a proper appointment saved.
Hi Bernhard,
You should be able to select the date from a calendar by clicking on the little down arrow in the date box. This should then populate the date box with the correct date format.
Actually, with the date format set to dd-mm-yyyy no appointment was saved. Changing the format did help.
Hi Bernhard,
If you use the calendar to select the date, it should automatically populate the date box, eliminating the need to worry about correct formatting.
That is why I posted here, with the German date version, this does not happen! Only with American date version there are appointments generated.
BTW This is my fifth wordpress site and i am working with computers for the last 44 years, I know what is a bug and where my clumpsiness is the matter of the error.

Would you be able to provide a link to your site with the German version, so we could take a look?
Thank you
sure, the website is dol (dot) helferkreis (minus) lenzkirch.de, when you want admin access, otherwise you would not be able to control it, please write an Email with your email to info (at) helferkreis (minus) lenzkirch.de
I notice that the field ‘appointment date’ in Chrome and Opera is populated with tt.mm.jjjj which is the German version of dd.mm.yyyy, however, in the actual Firefox and IE(I do not know the version since I do not use it) there is not any indication what to put in that field and in which format. This may be at the origin of errors.
Furthermore a premature enter does already create an appointment, whether the entry had been completed or not. In my mind, it would be better to capture that appointment, have it controlled in a maybe pop-up window and have to confirm – edit – reject it, just as the client wishes. If confirmation is clicked, the mail should be sent and the client should be noted that a mail has been sent to him with the details. When edit is clicked the client should be led back to the “create appointment” window with the details he already entered.

I’m having the same issue no matter what information I enter on the frontend no appointments are saved. I can enter an appointment on the backend and it saves fine. Not sure this has anything to do with it but noticed date picker choses date mm/dd/yyyy and on the settings for the app you have north america set option yy/dd/mm (Backend typo?)
Hi dskonline,
which version do you have? I have been during the last weeks in continuous contakt with the developers. The plugin seems to be stable in version 15. With the m/D/Y year the only version I have tested and that work was yyyy/mm/dd like in the US. Others didnot work.

There seems to be an issue with firefox. In chrome there is a dropdown possibility for the calendar and you can choose the date, however, this is missing in firefox. It offers only previous dates, correctly formatted ones and also the faulty ones.
I’m using 15 with google chrome and windows 10. I do use the popup calendar and select the date, then submit. It says that the appointment has been modified but never shows up in the backend unless I enter it in the backend.
I´m having the same problem with the report page where i can´t see any appointment and tried to change the date to yyyy-mm-dd and still not working.
Any comment on it????
Hi Paul,
Do you mean that you create an appointment and the date doesn’t save? Does the rest of the information save? Are you creating the appointment using the front-end form or in the back-end admin?
Thank you
