We do not have it integrated at the moment.
You can use the plugin’s own subscribe forms or alternatively one of the integrations. We have integrations with Gravity Forms, Formidable and Contact Form 7 to subscribe users as email/newsletter subscribers through those.

I wrote to SumoMe asking if they have an API which we can use to integrate our Newsletter plugin with their List Builder.
Unfortunately they don’t have an API at the moment. Here was the response:
