Comment Count – Reset to 0 if no comments

    Hello,
    I am working on a site and identified that the comment_count in wp_post is for example 2, but there are no comments for available for this post. I think there was an error in migrating this site years ago.

    However, is there a function / query to clean up the comment_count of each post. The query should check if comments are available for a particular post and reset the comment count accordingly.

    Does anybody know something? 😉
