Filter listed pages?

I am using the List Pages Shortcode plugin to build a magazine article archive, which is at http://www.fifthestate.org/archive/
The titles of the child pages under this page begin with an issue number.
To make it easier for visitors to use, I would like to re-do this Archive page to break it down by decade (1960s, 1970s, 1980s, etc.), so that there would be filtered lists of child pages.
I know the issue numbers corresponding to the beginnings and endings of the various dacades. For example, 1960s = 1-90; 1970s = 91-280, etc. I am hoping it is possible to filter the list of child pages according to decade by inserting the issue number range into the shortcode for each decade.
Is it possible to do this with your plugin? Many thanks in advance for your help,
