    Would you mind sharing how the Gravatar is used? After updating, your plugin has replaced all avatars with the Gravatar default image. Gravatars for users are not populating.

    And there is no way to restore the previous avatars for users. All users must now upload new avatars because you have replaced them. Not impressed.

    Hi Dot7,

    Sorry about this issue. We have fixed this and will be releasing an update tomorrow. If you want you can easily rollback to previous version of UM using this plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/ and wait until the next update before updating again.

    Hi Dot,

    You can check the new tool to transfer and assign existing gravatar photos to users.

    In version 1.3.40, the default gravatar image is now using the default UM user photo.

    Too bad, the damage was already done. It didn’t get corrected. And my experience shows the gravatar email address isn’t pulling from gravatar. No worries, I will find another solution. This one isn’t for this project.
