[Feature Request] To Add custom queries after permalink for individual platform

For those who are using analytics on their site, this feature might be useful which add custom queries after sharing url. Like in google analytics you add ?utm_source=fb&utm_medium=social after the perma link

for fb,twitter,reddit,google+ utm_source and utm_medium might vary. So for individual sharing platform individual queries can be applied
